It didn't matter what we needed, or what question we had, each and everyone took the time to help us, guide us to the right person/direction, and absolutely made sure our needs were met, in the most courteous and friendliest way. The shuttle service to/from JAS Aspen Festival was most appreciated too! This was unexpected as it was not offered by the previous owner, Westin. This was most appreciated as the other alternatives were very inefficient.

We had an unexpected last minute emergency and had to find a room, on a Saturday night and not much was open. The staff was amazing and worked to accommodate us and even offered a room upgrade. The price was such a good value and we loved this hotel.
